The voltage guard - relay HRN-35 (VC1) as an extra accessories is placed in the machine control box. It is
adjusted and sealed from a manufacturer. If the supply voltage is in the
required range , the green LED Un
indicates it on the voltage monitoring relay. If the upper limit (255V) of the supply voltage is exceeded, the
red LED indicates it. If the supply voltage is lower than 165V, the green LED stops indicating and the
red LED indicates it. If the supply voltage returns to the required range, the red LED stops indicating.

a) When the power switch is switched to the position

, the red LED lights. The power supply
is disconnected, the display is not lighted and it is not possible to switch the machine on .
b) If the supply voltage is higher than the upper limit during a sewing, the machine is
automatically switched off to prevent control electronics damage. When the voltage level
is restored to acceptable levels (165 - 255V), it is possible to start the machine by the
standard way (see section
C1 ).

a) If the supply voltage is below the lower limit 165V, the message „LOW VOLTAGE“
appears on the display.
b) If the supply voltage drops below the lower limit during the sewing, the machine automatically stops
and the „LOW VOLTAGE“ message appears on the display.
When the voltage level is restored to acceptable levels (165-255V), it is possible to start the
machine by the standard way (see section C1).
