RTD Flow Sensor

The RTD flow sensor monitors the sample flow through the fast loop as
well as

the temperature of the gas flowing past it.

An alarm is generated when the temperature reaches 100

C lower than the

temperature set during normal operation. This alarm indicates that flow

has slowed or stopped.
