Cleaning the exhaust hose
To clean the exhaust hose, proceed as follows:
1.
Remove the exhaust hose from
the spark stand and from the filter
cartridge.
Hold on to the hose and unlock
the connection (1).
2.
Loosen the cable clamp on the
dust filter cartridges.
3.
Use compressed air or a similar
medium and carefully blow out
the exhaust hose.
4.
Clean the connector (2) on the
spark stand.
5.
Use a cloth to clean the surface of the spark stand body.
6.
Reinstall the components.
Place the mica washer onto the insulator body. Connect the exhaust
hose to the spark stand and filter unit.
Put the spark stand cover back on.
Put the spark stand plate back on.
7.
Use the spacer to set the electrode gap, see chapter 8.3.6 „Setting the
electrode gap“.
Cleaning of the spark stand is now complete.

After cleaning a spark stand, proceed with an iCALization.
