f ‘ olarit ’ is activated from the rela su -menu, then the display will be updated to show the
following editing screen.

The availa le options for ‘ olarit ’ are listed in the following table.

Normal

Relay coil is energized when associated alarm is active. Otherwise, the relay
coil is de-energized

Reverse

Relay coil is de-energized when associated alarm is active. Otherwise, the
relay coil is energized

When the

ENTER

button is pressed, the screen will update to display the confirmation dialog

(described previously).

NOTE: The 1BCO system configuration is factory-set to use the reverse setting for the fail-safe
mode. Fail safe mode provides continuity between COM to NC during WARN/ALARM/FAULT
and power failure, and the associated relay LED indicator will be off.
