2. Broadband Type
Please choose the broadband (Internet connection) type you’re using. There are six types of Internet connection, they are:
NOTE: Some service providers use ‘DHCP’ (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) to assign IP address to you. In this
case, you can choose ‘Cable Modem’ as Internet connection type; even you’re using another connection type, like
xDSL. Also, some cable modem uses PPPoE, so you can choose ‘PPPoE xDSL’ for such cable modem connection,
even you’re using a cable modem.

If you’re not sure, please contact your Internet service provider. A wrong Internet connection type will cause connection
problem, and you will not be able to connect to Internet.
