The hydraulic hose line date of manufacture on the fitting is im-
portant for determining these six years. If the date of manufac-
ture on the assembly is "2008", then the hose should not be
used beyond February 2014. See also "Labeling of hydraulic
hose lines".
11.10.4 Installation and removal of hydraulic hose lines
When installing and removing hydraulic hose lines, always observe
the following information:


Ensure cleanliness.

You must always install the hydraulic lines so that, in all states of
operation:

there is no tension, apart from the hose's own weight

there is no possibility of pulling or kinking on short lengths

outer mechanical influences on the hydraulic hose lines are
avoided
use appropriate arrangements and fixing to prevent any
rubbing of the hoses on components or on each other. If
necessary, secure hydraulic hose lines using protective co-
vers. Cover sharp-edged components.

the approved bending radii may not be exceeded

When connecting a hydraulic hose line to moving parts, the hose
length must be appropriate so that the smallest approved bend-
ing radius is not undershot over the whole area of movement
and/or the hydraulic hose line is not over-stressed.

Attach the hydraulic hose lines to the specified attachment
points. Avoid hose holders which impair the natural movement
and length changes of the hose.

It is prohibited to paint hydraulic hose lines!
11.11 Electrical lighting system
Changing bulbs
1. Unscrew safety lens.
2. Remove defect bulb.
3. Insert replacement bulb (make sure voltage and wattage is
correct).
4. Screw safety lens on.
