• The stabilized value on the display (A) is read as
the actual reading.

30 Ω, an audible signal is emitted.

Battery test
• Set the function switch (C) to the
1.5 V BATT
or
9 V BATT
position.
• Insert the black connector lead (L) into the
COM
input jack (E).
• Insert the red connector lead (L) into the
V/Ω/mA
input jack (G).
• Place the connector leads (L) to the
corresponding polarities of the battery’s
terminals.
• The measured reading on the display (A) can
be interpreted as:

Good
Weak
Bad
9 V
>8.2 V
7.2 – 8.2 V
<7.2 V
1.5 V
>1.35 V 1.22–1.35 V
<1.22 V
