Tag Administration
The prime function of the AXP-100 system is to control entry through a door
by individuals using their personal Tags.
To achieve this result information about the tagholders and the conditions
attached to the tags must be fed into the system.
Tag administration covers the following:
•
Adding a new tag
•
Editing a tag
•
Deleting a tag
To enter the tag administration functions use the mouse to click the “Tag”
icon that is third from the left in the toolbar at the top of the AXP-100 screen.
The
Tagholders Screen as shown below will be displayed.

Note: The following must be remembered when entering Tagholder details:
•
First name and last name (Required)
•
Gender (Optional)
•
Supervisor and Administrator tags always require PIN codes.
•
Only Supervisor and Administrator tags can have disarming authority.
•
The Access Code can be a Tag Code or a PAC (Personal Access Code).
