2.1 Features
•
Supports registration of multiple marking conditions
Up to 1,023 conditions may be specified.
•
Auto backup
Specify an interval (in time or number of operations) for automatic data backup.

Dust-proof head
The ML-73 □ 0EL standard head is IP5X compatible. The ML-73 □ 3EL standard head is IP64
compatible.

Water and oil proof head (ML-73 □ 0EL option)
The optional head is IP67 and IPXXG (the JIS standard) compatible.

Fully closed locker for control unit (option)
Capable of corresponding to the fully closed locker to enhance the environment resistance of the
control unit. (This is not compatible with IP67G.)

High-repetition frequency
High-speed, contrasty, and clear marking can be achieved with 20 k to 200 kHz (ML-732 □ EL) of
repetition frequency.

Built-in power monitor (ML-73 □ 3EL)
- Controlling the laser power of each workpiece prevents the outflow of defective. (RS-232C
communication)
- Power values can be logged at the set time. (RS-232C communication)
- Variation from device to device can be corrected by calibration by external power meter.

Coaxial camera mountable (ML-73 □ 3EL)
Since the C-mount camera can be mounted coaxially with the laser beam, it can be used for
positioning a small workpiece. By combining the coaxial camera and image processing, auto-
matic position correction can be achieved.

Fully digital scanner equipped (ML-73 □ 3EL)
High-repetition position accuracy and low drift are achieved, which are difficult to be achieved by
an analog scanner.

Various optical composition (ML-73 □ 3EL)
The most suitable optical composition for your purpose can be selected from among 8-type fθ
lens and 3-type expander lens.
