Congratulations on having chosen our electric mill. Used
according to the instructions contained in this manual, the
mill is able to quickly and easily grind all the various types
of grain.
IMPORTANT:
Before starting to use the electric mill, carefully
read and follow the instructions provided in this
manual. Take care of this booklet and refer to it every time
an explanation is required or maintenance has to be done.
Do not remove the label from the electric mill. This indicates
the technical specifications of the motor.
All operations not referred to in this manual must be done
by a specialised workshop. Only ever use original spares to
replace any electric mill parts.
Before connecting up the electric mill always wear ear muffs,
dust mask, safety gloves and protective eyewear.

2. WARRANTY
The electric mill is covered by a 12-month warranty from
the date of sale deemed as that indicated on the delivery
note, tax receipt or purchasing invoice (to be presented when
requesting repairs). The warranty only covers component
parts or assembly faults. The guarantee shall be totally
invalidated in the event of the electric mill:
• having been tampered with not having been used in the
way indicated in this manual.
• accessories, sieves and parts having been fitted that are
non-original and/or not authorised in this manual.
• having been connected to power voltages different to those
shown on the plate fitted to the machine or to power sources
that do not conform to safety standards.
3. SAFETY
The electric mill must only be used by adults who have
carefully read this manual and are perfectly acquainted with
correct operating instructions.
Avoid positioning or leaving the electric mill within reach of
children, of people who do not know how to use it properly
or of animals! Only use the electric mill in well-ventilated
environments!
The electric mill should only be used by people in good
physical condition and who are able to perfectly understand
what they are doing.
Before starting the machine, always wear safety gloves,
eyewear, dust mask and ear muffs as noise levels exceed 70
dbA (decibel).
Never remove or shut down safety devices nor
modify machine parts
Perform all setting up operations when the machine is shut off
and the plug is disconnected.
Always make sure power cables and sockets are in perfect
condition and in compliance with standards. Power connection
should only be made after making sure that people, animals,
machines or equipment in the operating premises are not
likely to cause damage or hazardous situations.
If the power cable is damaged, do not start the electric mill.
Immediately disconnect the cable with the utmost caution
(without coming into direct or indirect contact with the
power supply) and have the cable repaired/replaced by an
authorised and competent after-sales centre only.
Always keep the electric mill clean and dry, and do not
use it under the rain or in very damp environments. Do not
use in premises such as barns, sheds or other places where
inflammable gases could accumulate or where it could come
into contact with inflammable liquids or substances.
Never use with wet hands.
Before operating, make sure there is no one in the vicinity
who is not strictly necessary and who could be of a nuisance
or who is not wearing the necessary protection devices.
Before operating, position the electric mill on a sound and
stable surface so it is in a stable position and perfectly vertical.
Before operating, always make sure all parts are well secured
and in the right place. After operation, switch off the unit and
disconnect the power cable before moving away.
Always perform maintenance jobs in accordance with the
instructions given in this manual. Never try working when the
electric mill is damaged.
