Press the
MANUAL TIME
key after the correct amount of time has been entered.
The fryer basket will automatically lower into the cooking
shortening/oil. The displayed time will begin to count down the
remaining time.
N NO OT TE E::
To stop the manual cooking function before time has expired:
Press and hold the
MANUAL TIME
key for 1-second.

The display will revert to
“0:00.”
The control will produce an audible signal.
The basket will automatically rise.
Manual has it’s own set point. Use right/left arrow keys to adjust.
May be adjusted during cook cycle.

Press and hold the
ON/OFF
key on the main control panel for 2 seconds.
The alpha/numeric will display
“OFF.”
The baskets will automatically lift.
The display will become blank.

Turn the Master Power Switch (located behind the front access door) to the
“OFF”
position.
