Cleaning Mode (optional)

Four (4) cleaning levels are available:

rinse, light, normal, and heavy-duty cleaning .

Download/Upload Files and

HACCP Access (optional)

Download all preprogrammed recipes (factory

default and user-programmed) and HACCP data to a

USB memory stick .

Settings

Change factory default settings . See next page for

more information.

Service Mode (password protected)

This mode is only available to qualified

service technicians .

sTarT-up procEdurEs

When the oven is powered on, the ExpressTouch screen

illuminates . “Loading” indicates that the software

is booting up . The screen will also indicate what level

of progress has been made as the software becomes

fully operational .
