9.

Type the IP address of the controller into your laptop’s web browser and verify that the web page displays
properly. Verify that all battery voltages and number of strings or optional sensors have been auto-discovered.
Verify that the parameter information displayed in the web page appears reasonable.

Verify Telnet connectivity by connecting to the controller via Telnet (remember Alpha Technologies uses port 9999

for our Telnet connection.)

11.

If you are using an SNMP manager, verify proper SNMP operation (gets, sets and traps).

This bench evaluation can also be performed using the free Lookout software described in the SNMP section of this
manual.
