Returning a Unit to Alpha for Repair
Alpha Technologies does
not
assume responsibility for damage caused by
improper packaging of returned units.
Before returning a unit for repair, obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Alpha’s customer service
department. Clearly write it on the original shipping container. If you do not have the container, pack the replacement
with at least 3 inches of shock-absorbing material, but do not use popcorn type packaging. Returns should be
prepaid and insured (COD and freight collect cannot be accepted).
