3.9.1 Automatic Temperature Monitoring
At power-up, the control logic sets the temperature limits and resets the LM87's over-temperature interrupt.
The temperature limits are shown in Table Temperature Limits:

Note:
If any temperature limit is exceeded, the FPGA is automatically cleared. This is indicated by the Green LED
(Target Configured) switching off and the two status LEDs showing a temperature fault indication.
The purpose of this mechanism is to protect the card from damage due to over-temperature. It is possible that
it will cause the user application and, possibly, the host computer to "hang".
3.9.2 Microcontroller Status LEDs
LEDs D12 (Red) and D11 (Green) indicate the microcontroller status.
