6. MAINTENANCE

6.1. CHECKS AND CONTROLS

During the first 50 working hours it is a good idea to check the tightness of all the bolts, because the power generated while
working creates structure movement. If necessary, tighten as indicated in the chart below.

Repeat this operation on a regular basis, every 200 working hours.

6.2. LUBRICATION

The machine should be lubricated through greasing holes A
positioned on the articulation head of the cylinders and on the
shank supports.

Lubricate every 120 working hours.

For machines that come with FRANTER rollers, lubricate also roller supports through position B

Lubricate every 8 / 10 working hours.
