CLEAN AND DISINFECT
We recommend that you clean and disinfect the Table and the support
tops between patient use. Refer to your facility’s cleaning and disinfection
policies, and follow the guidelines below.
WARNING:
The potential for electrical shock exists with electrical equipment. Failure
to follow facility protocols may cause death or serious injury.
WARNING:
Failure to unplug the unit from its power source could cause patient fall,
injury, or equipment damage.
WARNING:
Always wear the applicable personal protective equipment when you
clean the unit. Otherwise, injury could occur.
WARNING:
Do not put the unit in an equipment wash room. Patient fall, injury, or
equipment damage could occur.
WARNING:
Do not expose the unit or its components to excessive moisture. Patient
fall, injury, or equipment damage could occur.
CAUTION:
Do not use harsh cleaners, solvents, or detergents. Equipment damage
could occur.
NOTE:
Do not use iodophors; they will stain the product.
CAUTION:
If you use a quaternary-type disinfectant, make sure to rinse it off the
product immediately. Otherwise, the disinfectant could cause corrosion
on painted and plated components.
