Develop Motion Applications

Add Your Axes

To add an axis for each of your drives, perform this procedure.

Decide which data type to use.

In Motion Groups within RSLogix 5000 programming software,
right-click My Motion Group and select New Axis and then the
type of axis you want to add.

The New Tag dialog appears.

In the Name box, enter the name of your new axis.

Leave Open AXIS_SERVO_DRIVE Configuration unchecked.

Click OK.
