Plates and protection sheets has sharp
edges.
Wear personal protective equipment
when handling the plates and the
protection sheets. See Section
Personal
protective equipment in Chapter Safety .
Open the plate pack by letting the pressure
plate glide on the carrying bar.
If plates are to be numbered, do this before
removing the plates.
Plates need not be removed if cleaning is
done using only water, i.e. without a cleaning
agent.
WARNING
Risk of personal injury.
The plate pack may still contain a small
residual amount of liquid after draining.
Depending on the type of product and
type of installation, special arrangements
like a drainage box, may be necessary to
use to avoid injury to personnel and
damage to equipment.
