5 Maintenance

Service the valve regularly.
Study the instructions carefully and pay special attention to the warnings!
Always use Alfa Laval genuine spare parts. Always keep spare rubber seals, lip seals and diaphagms in stock.
Check the valve for smooth operation after servicing.

Step 16

CORRECT assembling and disassembling to avoid destroying (stretching) diaphragm

IMPORTANT!
The mechanical stop is in lower body.
To adoid overstretching the diaphragm the lower body clamp
must not be loosened before the upper body clamp.
