8. Close Buddy-1’s IM window.
Verify Buddy-2 receives a message that Buddy-1 has left the session.
9. Close Buddy-2’s IM window.
To dial out of a conference
1. Log Buddy-1 into Buddies.
2. As Buddy 1, click the
Scheduled Conferences
tab.
3. Click
I want to…Set Up a Reservationless Conference
.
4. Enter a conference name and click
Submit
.
5. Click the
Conference Features
tab.
6. Check the
Record and Announce Callers’ Names
checkbox.
7. Click
OK
.
8. Double-click the phone icon next to the newly created conference and answer the
phone.
9. Say a name and press the ‘#’ key once on Buddy-1’s phone.
Verify that Buddy-1 is connected into the conference.
10. As Buddy-1, press the ‘#’ key twice.
Verify Buddy-1 hears the ‘options’ prompt.
11. Press the ‘2’ key once to dial out.
Verify that Buddy-1 hears the “Ready to place a call” prompt.
12. As Buddy-1, enter a phone number to another phone, and press the ‘#’ key once.
Answer the other phone.
Verify that the number is dialed and Buddy-1 can speak to number dialed.
13. As Buddy-1, press the ‘*’ key twice.
Verify that Buddy-1 hears the “Do you want to keep this call” prompt.
14. As Buddy-1, press the ‘1’ key once.
Verify that Buddy-1 is returned to the conference.
Verify that the participant that Buddy-1 called receives the “Say your name and
then press pound (#)” prompt.
15. State the participant’s name, and press the ‘#’ button on their phone once.
Verify that the participant is brought into the conference and that before they
join, the participant’s name is played to the conference after a join tone.
