To re-host license keys
If your My Teamwork server requires a new license key due to a field repair, your support
representative will generate a replacement license key.
Important!
This service is not available for Trial license keys.

Obtain the current and new hardware IDs (new server SSN or MAC address) and the
Alcatel-Lucent order number associated with the purchase of the My Teamwork licenses
(may be first sale order or an add-on order).

Contact the Alcatel-Lucent Support Center (
“Obtaining your license files” (p. 4-2)
) and
provide your Alcatel-Lucent order number (first sale or add-on order) and new hardware
IDs (new SSN or new MAC address).
Note:
If two license keys were generated for the one order number (system
redundancy), indicate which key has to be regenerated (may be one or both).

The Alcatel-Lucent Support Center generates the new license key and sends you the key
through email. This new key(s) will be stored in eLicensing Services and available for a
week after you receive them for viewing and downloading.
To view or download keys from eLicensing Services:
1. Go to https://ebuy.businesspartner.alcatel-lucent.com
2. Log in providing
User name
and
password
.
3. Go to
e-Licensing Services–>My Teamwork keys

Note:
Trial keys cannot be viewed or downloaded from e-Licensing Services.
