Assigning an initial IP address

After the server is connected, you will turn the server on and assign its initial IP address.
This is done using the “serial console” OmniTouch ACS application.

To configure IP Settings

Log in to the server. The first time you log in, use the default Login ID and Password.

Login:

admin

Password:

changeme

All OmniTouch ACS servers are shipped with the same default Login ID and

Password. For your server’s security, you should change Password immediately. You

cannot delete the default “Admin” user. You can add another Admin user with a

unique password. (You are allowed to have two distinct passwords: one for console

login and one for use to log in to the System Administration Application.)
To change the password, go to

Provisioning–>Change current Admin Password

add a new Admin, go to

Provisioning–>Add Admin User
