4.4.2 Remove the Intercom from the system and install it on another system
1. Connect the Intercom to your PC as indicated during installation (steps 1 to 9).

Check “Deregister”.

Click on “Subscribe” and confirm the removal of the Intercom.
4.4.3 Adjust the volume of the loudspeaker
1. Connect the Intercom to your PC as indicated during installation (steps 1 to 9).
2.
“Speaker volume”: adjust the loudspeaker volume by selecting a level from 1 to 8
(the default level is 4).
3.
Select “Send” to send the new configuration to the Intercom. A confirmation message appears.
4.4.4 Adjust the ringing volume
1. Connect the Intercom to your PC as indicated during installation (steps 1 to 9).

“Ringer volume”: adjust the ringing volume by selecting a level from 1 to 8 (the default level is 4).
3.
Select “Send” to send the new configuration to the Intercom. A confirmation message appears.
4.4.5 Restart the Intercom
1. When the Intercom is connected to your PC as indicated during installation (steps 1 to 9), you can
restart the Intercom by clicking on “Reset”. The configuration and registration settings are not deleted.
4.4.6 Restore factory settings
1. Connect the Intercom to your PC as indicated during installation (steps 1 to 9).

Click on “Default device”.
All the configuration and registration settings will be erased and replaced
with the factory settings
.
4.4.7 Reset the Unified Support Tool to the default configuration (port, number, volume, etc.)
1. Connect the Intercom to your PC as indicated during installation (steps 1 to 9).

Select “File -> Reset settings” => the default settings are displayed in the tool.
3.
If you wish to send them to the Intercom, click on “Send”
4.4.8 Support
If you need to contact the support service, you can generate a log to send to it.
1. Launch the Unified Support Tool

Select “IntercomDECT configuration”
3.
Check “View log” => A log is generated in the “info” box that has just appeared. Double click on the box
to copy the log to the clipboard to retrieve the information. Paste the log into an email, for example.
4.4.9 Recover the software version of the Intercom
1. Connect the Intercom to your PC as indicated during installation (steps 1 to 9).
Select “File -> Retrieve device info” => a window opens with all the information about the Intercom software
(version, date, registration status, system).
