ALBOMARINE DKG 114 ELECTRONIC REMOTE
CONTROL MODULE
Perform necessary maintenance and checks before
operating the generator set absolutely. DKG 114
electronic module is a microprocessor controlled
device that allows both manual and remote control
of the generator set. Device is completely cutout and
current taken from the battery is zero in stop
position. Device is energized when RUN button is
pressed or battery (+) power is applied to the
REMOTE START input. Starter output will also be
energized in this case and automatically started by
trying 3 times until the generator is started.
Device starts to monitor internal protections and
external alarm inputs when the engine run. Only first
occurring alarm is considered, alarms that are
occurring later are not displayed. Engine is stopped
if Stop button is pressed or REMOTE START signal
is deactivated. (Figure 3)
DKG114 module has several features like:

Operating/stopping the generator both
remotely and manually.

Automatic motor stoppage in fault condition.

Removable link connectors

Relay outputs with high current

Delayed over and low speed protections

Closed type front panel, IP65 protection

Various features provided resistance against
problems like consisted voltage drops when
the generator starts
