Core Index
(Only with CAMM module installed)
The Core index is an indicator of the integral efficiency of the cold room store that can be consulted in the AKO
CAMM Tool app, available in the App Store and in Google Play.
Provides weighted information on:
Ÿ
Effectiveness of the cold:
Percentage of time that the cold
room is in the configured operating range (between SP and
SP+C1).
Ÿ
Energy efficiency:
Percentage of the operating time of the main
system loads (compressor, defrost, etc.) compared to the value
considered as reasonable.
Ÿ
Maintenance rate:
Number of activations by hour of the
compressor and the defrost, compared to the value considered as
reasonable.
Dashboard
The Dashboard provides general operating indicators of the device to
facilitate analysing its operation. The indicators can be displayed in
three ways, daily, weekly or monthly summary.
Average temperature:
Indicates average temperature of the cold
room
Time in set point:
Indicates percentage of time the cold room has
been between SP and SP+C1.
Time ON:
Indicates percentage of time the cold room has been
operating.
Cooling time:
Indicates percentage of activation time for the cold
solenoid valve.
HACCP Alarms:
Indicates number of HACCP alarms registered.
Alarms:
Indicates number of alarms registered.
Door open time:
Indicates percentage of time with the cold room
door open.
Defrost time:
Indicates percentage of time with defrost activated.
