Warranty and service
The devices are largely protected against moisture, but are not waterproof. If water has
ever penetrated the device, switch it off immediately, remove the battery if possible and
allow the device to dry completely.
Warranty
We grant the end user a warranty on the electronics within the scope of the two-year
warranty under German law. Hand over the defective device unopened with a detailed
error description to your specialist dealer, or send it directly to our service department
with your proof of purchase. Any warranty claim will be void if the device is tampered with
by a third party! Water damage, rechargeable batteries and batteries are excluded from
the warranty.
Premium Service
For all devices with a Premium Service contract, the customer has the option
of requesting help by phone or app at any time during the contractually
defined period in the event of problems. For immediate assistance, direct
access is available Mon - Fri from 9:00 - 18:00 via a telephone hotline specially
set up for this purpose: +49 (0) 176 / 95 84 81 28.

For distribution outside the EU, please contact the respective importer.
Notes on recycling in accordance with the Electrical Equipment Act
This device complies with the new European ROHS directive. If one day it is
no longer needed, it must not be disposed of with household waste, but
must be handed in at the municipal collection points set up especially for
electronic waste (free of charge for end users), you are thus helping us to
recycle valuable raw materials and at the same time contributing to
environmental protection!
Battery recycling: This device contains a lithium-ion polymer battery. Please ensure that
the battery is disposed of correctly. Always observe the applicable laws and regulations
for the disposal of batteries and rechargeable batteries.
