Important! Before you start using the system, please read these lines carefully and
observe the respective safety instructions!
Installation of the electronics box
This Bluetooth ® unit operates with low transmission power
and is therefore harmless to health even when installed in
the helmet. The ergonomically designed housing in stealth
design can be easily integrated into the slot between the
neck pad and helmet pad on the left side of helmets with
neck padding, making it completely invisible and weather-
protected. No further
fastening is then
required, Fig. right.
For
attachment to
helmets without neck padding, the electronics box can be
mounted on the underside of the helmet with the Velcro
strap provided or with the protective bag available as an
accessory. If desired, the electronics box can also be
integrated into the padding by a specialist workshop.
All external components are removable and color-coded
for easy installation. Fig. left: Example of mounting with

When mounting, be sure to avoid damage to the helmet,
as well as edges protruding inwards, etc..
The protective effect of the helmet must not be reduced!

Installation of the helmet speakers
The installation depends on the design of the helmet. First look at how the helmet is padded
in the ear area.

The closer the speakers are to the ears,
the better the speech intelligibility.
However, the speakers are often mounted under the foam padding for comfort. Especially
with thickly padded helmets, it is then important to perforate the padding sufficiently.
Mark on the helmet the exact place where your ear hole is located. You can do this as
follows: Cut yourself a small piece of insulating tape and stick it in the helmet where you
think your ear hole is. Then put on the helmet and feel with your index finger if the
marking is correct. Don't feel satisfied until you hit the exact spot. This is the only way to
take full advantage of the quality of the components!
Remove the paper on the backs of the speakers (adhesive layer) and insert the speakers into
the helmet exactly under the markings by pressing evenly on the edge of the earpiece. The
gluing area must be clean and smooth.
