, an Apple Power Mac, and Final Cut Pro 4, together offer the most
cost-effective set of features and incredible performance for Video/Audio
production applications. However, to ensure performance and quality, the disk
storage system used with the Apple Power Mac must be able to meet the demands of
storing realtime uncompressed media. At the very minimum, the disk storage
system must be able to provide and maintain a consistent 50 MB/s transfer rate
from the Power Mac to disk (read/write). There are a variety of system
configurations and peripherals that can provide this level of performance. Possible
system configurations are listed below:

with minimum 1Ghz G4 processor
