6.1 Reset of alarms

When you solved the problem that caused the alarm:

Enter the software Opera Bit Manager .

Menu: Alarms .

Select the alarm to be cancelled, then Cancel alarm .

7. Installation management
7.1 “Do not Disturb” function
The privacy button placed in the internal side of the room allows the guest to block
the staff access.
Activation: when the door is closed, push the button. If you click it many
times, it stays active.
Deactivation: opening the door, the function “Do not Disturb” doesn’t work.
Note: with the Supervisor Card you can enter the room even keeping active the button
“Do not disturb”.

7.2 Identification of a missing card
If you find a missing card and you don’t know whose it belongs, enter the software Opera Bit Check-In ,
approach the card to the reader and it will be identified..
7.3 Addition of new cards in the system
When you receive new cards, save the file of new cards in your PC where the software is installed.

Enter the software Opera Bit Manager .

Import new .

Find the file of new cards, save it in your PC and select it.

Open .
•
The cards are inserted into the database properly.
7.4 Batteries management
Type: alkaline type AA (LR6).
Duration: about 18/24 months (on the basis of the use intensity).
Warning: use 3 batteries with the same level of power and brand.
When the batteries are low, two ways can advise you about this:

On the software Opera Bit Check-In , you will see an alarm;
• •
From the access to the room, you will see the following LED sequences.
