2. Software configuration
2.1 First access to the software

Enter the software

Opera Bit Check-In

by using the following login details as an administrator.

With the administrator login details you can create other users (paragraph 2.3).
2.2 System setup changes
To configure settings of the
Opera Bit Check-In

Click on the settings at the top of the page on the left and then on

to:

Choose the default settings. These are default settings for each new check-in

Time of arrive and departure;

Number of nights;

Start the support section with TeamViewer;

Set the language;

Set the automatic check-out (paragraph 3.5);

Change the dimension of icons (clicking on the cell, the dimension of rooms icon
will be reduced).
Filters

Click on the settings on the left top of the page and then on “
filters
” to activate or
deactivate the possibility to filter the rooms of the hotel inserted in a defined area.
To activate/deactivate a filter, click on the near the name of the area.
ATTENTION:
it is possible to see the complete list of rooms during the check-in.
