5.3.1  Determining the direction of rotation (series NK) 

 

Initial connection of the actuator: 

– 

Make sure that the connected valve is approx. in the center of its posi-
tioning range. 

– 

Check the direction of rotation. 

Direction of rotation

  Viewing direction through the actuator towards the output shaft

Right-hand rotation:

 

The output shaft rotates in 

clockwise

 (CW) direction.

Left-hand rotation:

 

The output shaft rotates in 

counterclockwise

 (CCW) direction.
