Chromatographic Symptoms

FPD Baseline Output High, > 20 pA

•

Check the supply gas purity.

•

Check all trap indicators and dates.

Check the detector for contamination.

•

Check for light leaks at the photomultiplier tube (PMT);
tighten the PMT if it is loose.

Perform complete inlet maintenance: Replace all consumable
