Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting the Test Kit Manufacturers TestKitSuite.xml File

Fragments can be 
seen in the gel image 
(marked with a red 
arrow in this 
example) that do not 
have a pathogen 
marker sign next to 
them and are not 
reported in the result 
table.

The 

TestKitSuite.xml

 file, provided by the PCR 

Test Kit Manufacturer, has the ability to ignore 
expected fragments. This then ensures that they 
are not presented when that fragment is detected. 
This is usually used for known non-specific 
amplification and/or primer dimers.

Run the sample 
again. If the issue 
re-occurs, contact 
the Test Kit 
Manufacturer.
