16900A, 16902A, and 16903A Service Guide

To remove and replace the motherboard

Perform previous procedures:

“To remove and replace the CPU tray"

on page 53

Disconnect the following cables:

•

Power

•

Reset

•

CD- ROM

Remove the 6 Hex Studs securing the connectors to the
rear panel of the CPU tray.

Using a Torx T10 screwdriver, remove the 7 screws that
secure the motherboard to the bottom of the CPU tray.

Reverse this procedure to install the CPU tray.
