PRIVACY functions

Two PRIVACY functions are available:

Do not disturb

”

Video Privacy

”

Do not disturb

From the fuction-key “

Tools

” it is possible to activate the function “

Do not disturb”

– where for all

incoming calls the system will appear busy.
For outgoing calls the function is not active.

When the “

Do not disturb

” function is active, this icon appears in the video window

.

Video Privacy

When the system is connected.
The “

PRIVACY

” key activates and deactivates the dispatch of a image memorized within the system; on

the remote screen only this fixed image is displayed.
When the system is not connected.
When the system isn’t connected it is possible to set the

Video privacy

function– for each video

connection the system will send to the remote site the video privacy image.

When the

Video privacy

function is active, in the the video window the icon

appears.
