Mix epoxy in mixing cup and use a tapered
stick to apply the epoxy inside the pre-drilled
holes in the leading edge of the rudder. Apply
epoxy onto each hinge.
6.
Carefully slide the rudder onto each hinge and
against the trailing edge of the fin. Wipe away
excess epoxy with alcohol wetted wipes.
7.
Ensure there is minimal to no gap between fin
and rudder. Allow epoxy to fully cure.
Note:
Ensure you have full rudder deflection
before epoxy fully cures.
