reads as 0.

Initialization clock divisor (ID) - Clock divisor value used by all the SpaceWire links to generate the 10
Mbit/s rate during initialization. All the links use a common clock for this so only one divisor is needed.
Only available if there is at least one SpaceWire port in the router, reads as 0 otherwise. Reset value
taken from signal.
