Use only original parts. It ensures the best cooking result.
WARNING!
Meat probe is hot! There is the risk of burns! Be careful when you remove the tip and plug.
To use it you must set::
• The temperature in the appliance.
• The core temperature of the food
Using the meat probe:
1. Put the tip of the meat probe into the
centre of the meat.
2. Activate the appliance.
3. Put the plug of the meat probe into the
socket (refer to appliance overview).
4. Use shuttle in less than 5 seconds to set
the core temperature. The probe tempera -
ture range starts at 30°C.
5. Set the oven function and, if necessary,
the oven temperature.
The appliance calculates an approximate
end time. An end time is different for the different quantities of the food, the set oven
temperatures (minimum 120°C) and the operating modes. The appliance calculates the
end time in approximately 30 minutes The core temperature is displayed from 30°C.
Meat probe must stay in the meat and in the socket during the cooking process.
6. When the meat reaches set core temperature, an acoustic signal sounds. The appliance
switches off automatically.
Use any key to stop the signal.
7. Remove the meat probe plug from the socket and remove the meat from the oven.
To change the core temperature press
again and again until the meat probe temper -
ature appears. Use the shuttle to change the temperature and OK to confirm.
