1. Follow 8.2.3, steps 1 - 4. Refer to
Figure 4
at page 15.
9. Follow 8.2.1, steps 1 - 2. Refer to
Figure 2
at page 11.
2. Remove cover held by latches.
3. Remove the all connectors from Control board. And remove the Control board.
4. At the top of the power module, disconnect DC voltage wires from TB-1 and TB-2.
5. Remove one co-ax cable from the driver module to the RF input to power module.
6. Remove the waveguide flange from power module A3, held by six 6-32x3/8” socket cap
screws and two 6-32x3/8” hex head screws.
7. From the sides of RF Power Module remove two DB-9 connectors (part of wire harness).
8. From the latched cover side remove the block (heatsink and Power Module) from PA, held
by twenty-four 8-32x1/2” socket cap screws. (
Note: The block is a heavy unit)

9. To replace Power Module and heatsink, reverse the above-mentioned process.
