Secondary Timing Menu
The Secondary Timing menu (see
) is used to set an alternative clock source for the
Total Access 3000 shelf in the event the primary clock is lost or degraded.

Bank Timing
This option is used to set Bank Timing to one of the
following values:
• NONE
• LOCAL
• LOOP
• PLCP
• EXT BITS B
• EXT BITS C
• LINECARD (a value from 1 to 28, which corresponds to
the slots on the Total Access 3000 chassis).

Linecard
This displays the Linecard setting, which is a value from 1 to
28 if the Bank Timing is set to Linecard, or n/a (not
applicable) if Bank Timing is set to another option.
