About MotionCreatorPro

Before Running MotionCreatorPro, the following issues should be
kept in mind.

1. MotionCreatorPro is a program written in VB.NET 2003,

and is available only for Windows 2000/XP with a screen
resolution higher than 1024x768. It cannot be run under
DOS.

2. MotionCreatorPro allows users to save settings and con-

figurations for 8174 cards. Saved configurations will be
automatically loaded the next time MotionCreatorPro is
executed. Two files,

8174.ini

and

8174MC.ini

, in the

windows root directory

are used to save all settings

and configurations.

3. To duplicate configurations from one system to another,

copy 8174.ini and 8174MC.ini into the windows root
directory.

4. If multiple 8174 cards use the same MotionCreatorPro

saved configuration files, the DLL function call

_8174_config_from_file

() can be invoked within a user

developed program. This function is available in a DOS
environment as well.
