15. BIOS

Physical BIOS memory is located in a 128K byte, 32-pin, PLCC device designated U15.

The device spans 128K of memory in the Upper Memory Area, addresses C0000h to
CFFFFh and F0000h to FFFFFh. System BIOS occupies the upper 64K bytes and the
VGA BIOS and various drivers occupy the lower 64K
