I/O Address, Interrupt, and DMA Configuration

The on-board Ethernet interface may be configured by a software utility program. This
program will allow the selection of the I/O address, DMA channel, and Interrupt Request
line used by the interface. It also can disable the dynamic selection of the AUI interface.
