Overview

The RAID option for Altos R910 system is provided through either the
onboard LSI SCSI controller or through an external server RAID adapter
(LSI 1068 SAS controller).

The system may be equipped with a SCSI or SAS RAID configuration
utility (depending on system configuration). You can use these utilities
for configuring the internal hard disks.

Caution!

Creating a RAID volume erases all data previously saved

in the hard drives. Make sure that you backup important files
before starting the configuration process.
