Round Station Installation Diagrams
Standard Slip-fit Station Secured to Duct with Tek Screws.
Standard Slip-fit Station Secured to Duct with Draw Band Clamps
Flanged Station
“Option –F” Secured to Duct with Companion Flanges and Hardware
Install companion flanges to duct ends and secure to duct.

Minimum Clearance
Apply duct sealant and/or gasket to flange face.
Install AccuStation and secure flanges using tek-
screws.
3. Install gaskets and/or duct sealant between
the station flanges and companion flanges.
DISCHARGE
1. Slip the draw band clamps over each end of the duct.
3. Slip the discharge end of the
station into the duct 1” at each
end.
4. Position station to provide
unobstructed access to the
transmitter and access panel.
Locate duct supports within 12” of each end of the
station.

4. Secure station to duct
using tek-screws.
6. Secure both ends of station to the duct using draw band clamps.
2. Slip the station inlet into the fan side of the duct far
enough to allow the station to be lifted into the duct
opening.
4. Apply duct sealant and secure station to duct at
both ends using tek-screws.
Locate duct
supports
within 12”
of each end
of the
station.
1. Slip the companion flanges over each end of the duct and install the valve inlet to fan side of ductwork.
2. Slip the discharge end of the
station into the duct 1” at each
end.
2. Position station to provide unobstructed
access to the transmitter and access panel.

unobstructed access to the
transmitter and access panel.
5. For clean air applications,
apply UL181 compliant foil tape
over the station/duct seams.
1. Slip the inlet end of station into the fan side
of the duct far enough to allow the station to be
lifted into the duct opening.
DISCHARGE
Locate duct supports within 12” of each end of the
station.
For corrosive exhaust applications, apply PTFE tape
(available from Accutrol) over the station/duct seams.
