Additional Requirements for Installing 12X36” and 12x48” Valves
All dual valves (12x36” and 12x48”) are
provided with an integral mounting bracket
as shown to the right. In addition to
supporting the duct within 12" of each end
of the valve, attach hangers to both ends of
the mounting bracket and secure to
structure using properly rated hardware and
methods approved by local building codes.
