INFLATION (TUBELESS)
beading in and inflating tubeless tires
After mounting the tire on the rim, proceed as follows:
»
Connect the air hose to the tire valve.
»
Raise the tire with both hands to allow the air (which comes out of the holes in the tracks) to get between tire and rim.
» Press the inflation pedal fully down so that the air exits the tracks and at the same time release the tire to allow it to bead in .
N.B. : If the tire does not bead in, carefully repeat all the stages described above.
When the tire is beaded in, continue inflation , pressing pedal in the intermediate position until the required pressure is reached.
WARNING!
The inflation process is potentially dangerous.
The operator must adopt all the necessary measures to guarantee SAFE CONDITIONS
INFLATION SAFETY DEVICE
In order to protect operators from the potential hazards resulting from the inflation of tires on the chuck plate , the machine is equipped with a operating
pressure limiting valve set at 3.5 bar and a maximum pressure valve set at 4 bar.

Operaciones de talonado e inflado de neumáticos tubeless
Después de haber montado el neumático en la llanta, proceder como se indica a continuación:
»
meter el tubo del aire en la válvula del neumático;
»
levantar el neumático hacia arriba con las dos manos, permitiendo la entrada del aire (que sale por los orificios de los carriles) entre la llanta y el
neumático;
»
pisar a fondo el pedal de inflado para que el aire salga de los carriles y, al mismo tiempo, soltar el neumático para permitir el talonado .
NOTA : si los talones del neumático no calzan, repetir en todo detalle las operaciones anteriores.
Una vez calzado el neumático, proseguir con la operación de inflado, pisando el pedal de inflado en posición intermedia, hasta alcanzar la presión
deseada.
¡ATENCIÓN!
La operación de inflado es potencialmente peligrosa.
El operador debe adoptar todas las medidas necesarias para garantizar LAS CONDICIONES DE SEGURIDAD
DISPOSITIVO DE SEGURIDAD PARA EL INFLADO
Con objeto de proteger al operador de los peligros derivados de inflar el neumático en el plato autocentrante, la máquina está equipada con una válvula
limitadora de la presión de funcionamiento regulada a 3,5 bar y una válvula de presión máxima regulada a 4 bar.
1. Connect the air hose to the valve.
2. Insert the nozzle of the bead seater between the rim and top bead of the tire.
3. Press the inflation pedal down and at the same time depress the two buttons on the bead seater.
