4. Perform a couple of cycles of the safety rail arm movements and if necessary tighten the clutch bolt
again slightly (make the adjustment turning the bolt ¼ turn at a time).
5. Perform the adjustment as previously for both safety rail arms and perform a series of cycles to test their
proper movement and alignment.
6.
Repeat the procedure illustrated in the previous points until a proper adjustment is obtained.
5.6 Flap adjustment
1. To regulate the position of the platform flap, act on the
specific cable adjustment nuts

2. To obtain the proper platform flap position manually
move the gate-ramp and acoustically identify the two
end positions where the microswitches are tripped
(LISTEN FOR THE CLICK OF THE SWITCH)
3. Adjust the platform flap in the intermediate position
not where the microswitches are activated
Warning! The clutch adjustment must be verified with all of the protective housings assembled on
the lift.
Warning! A spacer (A) can be used on linkage in some cases. This spacer ensures proper operation
of the containment devices during machine movement.
