Remove the guide from the packaging
and place it near the stairs. Do not
destroy the packaging – it could be useful
for preventing scratches during the
operation.
 Position the rail, using the figures
corresponding to the high rise and
inclination in the diagram, and making
use of the pre-drilled holes on the guide
and the adjustable stanchions provided.
As an option the clamps for fixing the rail
to the stanchions can be used (see Fig.
15).

 Position the rail toward the middle of the
stair (i.e. not against the wall) – this will
make it easier to mark the position of the
holes (see Fig. 16)

Lay out the remaining stanchions in the
position shown in the diagram, just
resting them on the step tread. The
anchoring pitch must not be greater than
750 mm and in any case always refer to
the instructions in the specific assembly
diagram.
